- Guidance to SMEs when registering a new business, applying for change of use of any commercial premises and other issues related to day-to-day business management.
- Assistance in applying to participate in various current beneficiary schemes fit for SMEs.
- Facilitating access for information related to Govt. Departments, Authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Guidance on incentives being offered by Malta Enterprise / Business First and others.
- Assistance in employment related issues with DIER, Identity Malta Agency and JOBSPLUS, in particular.
- Guidance on fiscal related issues.
- Handholding Micros and SMEs to overcome current problems, and guide them accordingly.
- Assisting in the disseminating of information to the SMEs sector through the Meaindex online platform.
- Share business-related-knowledge through the weekly tv programme – MEA
- Organising events to address SMEs related topics, and create the right networking fora.
