Survey III on COVID-19 – Testing Business Performance

With the rise in positive Covid-19 cases, the MEA believes that companies’ realities are changing at a fast pace. The MEA wants to keep abreast with how COVID-19 is affecting businesses and employers.

It is due to this fact, that we have created the third survey with the following aims and objectives:

  • To evaluate business performance by sector and company size
  • To determine employers’ projections for the coming months
  • To study the labour market potential in surviving the pandemic

The survey is now closed and a report will be published in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can find the Preliminary Results and the Media Release, published on the 9th September 2020.

The conclusions of this report will help the MEA in proposing a set of recommendations based on companies’ needs and in lobbying with other social partners and government at large.
