Marvic Fenech Adami

Mr Marvic Fenech Adami attended secondary school and Sixth Form at St. Aloysius’ College, B’Kara, then followed the ACCA course at the Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology, completing the course successfully in 1983. He has also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, U.K.
His working experience spans over 35 years in both the public and private sectors. Since the mid ‘80s, he has occupied top positions in leading local organisations and groups of companies, both in finance and management, encompassing many different industries including leisure, hospitality and tourism, manufacturing and production, construction, maritime transport and other service industries. Such posts include CFO and Company Secretary at the Galaxy Hotels Co Ltd (1986 to 1992), CFO and Board Secretary with the Ebcon Group of Companies (1992 to 1999), and CEO at Gozo Channel Co Ltd (1999 to 2007). He also served for a number of years as a director on the Board of Directors of Limsuk, a joint Libyan/Maltese organisation operating a supermarket in Tripoli.
He is presently employed as CFO with Padma Textiles Limited, its principal activity being the procurement of garments and textiles for resale. His responsibilities include Finance, HR and Administration.
Mr Fenech Adami is a Fellow of the Association of Malta Institute of Accounts, and a Certified Public Accountant by profession. He has also been Council Member with Malta Employers’ Association between 2006 and 2011, and from 2013 till today.
