Office Administrator
Dorianne Azzopardi Cilia joined the Malta Employers’ Association in February 2002 as Secretary. She later became an Office Administrator. Previously, she worked for a short period at Simonds Farsons Cisk plc assisting the Quality Assurance Manager.
She obtained a Diploma in Social Studies (Industrial Relations) from the University of Malta. Her research topic focused on “Managing Sickness Absenteeism at the Workplace – a legal and a practical approach”. She also followed a Diploma course in Secretarial Studies at the Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology.
Her experience at Malta Employers’ Association has been full of opportunities and challenges, which give her great satisfaction in her job.
In her free time she enjoys swimming, listening to Music and cooking.
