Human Resources Management is becoming increasingly specialised and MEA has developed a course that addresses the needs of HR practitioners through a series of training sessions that focus on various aspects of HRM practice.
We have approached seasoned practitioners, academics, representatives from Government entities, NGOs and trade unions to deliver 26 sessions, spread over 13 weeks, on topics ranging from Occupational Health and Safety to the employment of Third Country Nationals to managing sick leave.
Successful participants will be given an Award certificate with the equivalent of 6 ECTS at MQF level 5.
Places are limited to a maximum of 20 participants, and applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. The first session of this course will be held on the 16th September.
The course expense may be partially refunded through either the Training Pay Scheme, the Investing in Skills Scheme or the Get Qualified Scheme. Click here for further info. You may contact Ms Sharon Farrugia on 21222992 if you need any information.
